¼ cup Damn Fine Chocolate Liqueur

1 package Mint Oreos (finely crushed, about 4 cups)

6 ounces cream cheese, softened

12 ounces chocolate for melting (milk chocolate or white chocolate recommended)

crushed peppermint candies or sprinkles
Garnish
Directions
Combine Oreos, cream cheese and Damn Fine Chocolate Liqueur in a food processor or mixer.
Shape into 40 1-inch balls (approx) and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
While they are in the freezer, melt chocolate in a bowl.
Dip balls into the melted chocolate one at a time. Place on lined cookie sheet.
Top with crushed peppermint candies or sprinkles (totally optional). Then refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
