Daring to defy, traditional small batch distillation collides head-on with cutting-edge lab technology, birthing an American Dry Gin that’s unapologetically clean, crisp, and layered with complexity. This Conniption doesn’t just happen; it's meticulously engineered through a revolutionary two-step process that challenges the very essence of gin-making.

It begins with a base of botanicals—juniper, Indian coriander, angelica root, cardamom— through a vapor infusion in our bespoke German pot still, crafting a foundation that’s both sophisticated and bold.

The journey doesn’t end there. Fresh and floral characters of cucumber and honeysuckle flowers are then individually vacuum distilled at room temperature. This method, far from conventional, ensures each note is captured in its purest form, then seamlessly integrated into the gin base. This daring ensemble is then harmoniously fused, introducing pure distilled and deionized water to the mix.

The result? A gin that doesn’t just speak but shouts with a refreshingly modern flavor profile that’s daring, unyielding, and utterly compelling.

Nose is of fresh piney juniper and coriander, spicy cardamom, bright orange, crisp cucumber and sweet honeysuckle. On the palate, juniper is in trio with the coriander and cardamom for the unmistakable gin base with quick softening from fresh, peeled cucumbers, sweet orange peel and finally, all is rounded by the dryness from the angelica root. The gin's lingering finish highlights its approachability, smoothness and balance.
