Conniption Gin (a brand of Durham Distillery LLC) and our ecommerce partner Bar Cart Flaviar (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, products, and services (the “Services”). The Services are hosted and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce, order fulfillment, and customer experiences.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Our products and Services are intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older in the United States. By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Right to Deletion (California CCPA/CPRA)

Under CCPA and CPRA, you have the right to request that Bar Cart Flaviar, as the ecommerce partner responsible for order processing and fulfillment, delete personal information collected about you. To exercise this right, please contact admin@getbarcart.com.

We may deny deletion requests if it is necessary to:

• Complete your transaction or fulfill a contract;
• Detect and prevent fraud or security incidents;
• Debug errors impairing functionality;
