🚫 Shipping Restrictions
Due to state laws, we are unable to ship alcohol to the following states:
North Carolina, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, and Utah.
Although Conniption Gin is proudly distilled in Durham, NC, current North Carolina ABC laws prohibit us from shipping alcohol orders to any address within the state. We know — it’s frustrating. We hope this changes soon.
🔞 Age & Delivery Requirements
All alcohol orders are processed through licensed retailers in the Barcart network and fulfilled via Flaviar Checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21+ years of age.
A valid, government-issued photo ID and adult signature are required at the time of delivery. Orders will not be left unattended.

- Shipping times may vary by location and carrier.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
- Promotions on alcohol products may not apply in certain states due to local alcohol laws.
- All sales are void where prohibited by law.
