There all the fancy imported brands around and a CT brand we drink for sure is tasty. But Conniption Navy Strength beats them all for taste, smoothness and simple joy!
When they say tasteless and odorless, they mean it (in the best way)! The new vodka is great for mixing seamlessly into any cocktail!
The Navy Strength Gin is smooth and the botanicals are very forward. Delicious.
Very nice, a little peppery, but very much gin. Love it! Do not over cool.
My father and I got to taste this Gin while visiting family in upstate New York. We now both order it so we can enjoy a glass at our homes in Washington State. Such a good Gin.
This is the best aged Gin out there. We live in Washington state and I have tried multiple other aged Gins but continue to order Conniption's because there is no other Gin that can even come close!
Wow. I never leave Durham without a bottle to keep or gift.
To live local to Durham Distillery is a real treat. All their products are great. Kinship goes everywhere with us… our number one gift to bring when visiting friends and family.
The navy strength gin really is something special. The flavor is beyond. Of course it’s higher ABV but we love it for the taste!
I saw the bottle at Total Wine, read the labels and said "I've GOT to try this!" As an herbalist and gin drinker I was seeking a great blend of botanicals in the alcohol and 90+ proof to sip on the rocks as well as with flavored sparkling water; I have been hooked since! Even panicked when they didn't carry this for a spell, was literally jumping in the air when they resumed selling Conniption in NY. Well over 3 years now, just wish the company would bottle it in 1.5L bottles too!!
goddamb I love this stuff. It's my favorite local sweet liquor and I'm including southern star bourbon cream in that list. It's like spiced mead^2. It's more viscous than barenjager, far more complex, and actually potable on its own. I can drink way too much of this on any night.
this is genuinely the best gin I've ever had and can also afford. It has a hell of a lot of juniper, which is exactly why I'm here. goated gin and tonic.
A great dry gin, perfect for Martinis or other drinks where you want to really taste the juniper.
Easily my favorite gin of all time. Good in any cocktail. Strong flavor without being overly vegetal or juniper. I'm never without a bottle in my home
