Quick and delicious! A perfect cocktail for those hot summer days.
This is a great way to use up the too-ripe farmers market peaches. Simply cut them up and freeze until you're ready to make the slush.
Ingredients
-
3 oz. Conniption American Dry Gin
-
2 cups frozen, diced peaches
-
1 cup ice
-
6 oz. ginger beer
-
2 - 4 oz. water (optional)
Directions
In a blender, add gin, peaches and ice. Blend on medium to combine. Be careful not to liquify.
Slowly add ginger beer as the blender mixes until you get to the right consistency.
Optional: if still thick, add more ginger beer or water until you get the consistency you'd like.
Pour into two frozen glasses and garnish as desired!
