This cocktail is traditionally purple in color due to the creme de violette. In our variation we have substituted in our purple gin to give the cocktail that well-known color. Our Kinship Aviation combines gin, Luxardo, and fresh lemon juice to create a bright, unique, and subtly floral cocktail.

.75 oz Lemon Juice
.50 oz Luxardo
Luxardo Cherry

Directions

Chill the Glass: Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill.
Shake the Ingredients: Add Conniption Kinship Gin, lemon juice, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve: Discard the ice from the glass and double strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
Garnish: Drop a Luxardo cherry into the glass for a sweet, elegant finish.
