Ingredients

2.0 oz Conniption Kinship Gin
1.5 oz Strawberry Purée
2.0 oz Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic
.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Garnish with Lemon, Strawberry, and Fresh Basil

Directions

Into a Champagne Flute, pour base layer of Strawberry Purée, being careful not to pour down the sides of the glass.
In a Cocktail Shaker with ice, add the lemon juice and fresh basil.
Shake and double strain over the Strawberry Purée - pouring over a barspoon will give you more distinct layers.
For your next layer, slowly pour chilled Fever-tree Elderflower Tonic.
For the final layer, slowly pour Conniption Kinship.
Garnish with Strawberry, Lemon, and Fresh Basil. Stir well to mix ingredients before enjoying!
