Serving Suggestions
• Serve in a chilled rocks or Collins glass for maximum refreshment

Perfect Pairings
• Caprese skewers with heirloom tomatoes and basil
• Lemon ricotta crostini with honey drizzle

Pro Tip
Use fresh, fragrant basil. If you want a deeper herbal color and intensity, increase to eight to ten leaves and fine strain to keep texture silky. For zero waste, reserve basil stems to infuse simple syrup for your next round. Insights on origin and technique informed by PUNCH, Diageo Bar Academy, and Difford’s Guide.
