The Spanish Gin & Tonic is a beautifully layered cocktail that combines the crisp botanicals of Conniption American Dry Gin with the zesty brightness of grapefruit and lime juice, enhanced by the effervescence of tonic water. Garnished with rosemary, star anise, or a lemon twist, this cocktail is aromatic, refreshing, and perfect for sipping in style.

Conniption American Dry Gin, with its citrus-forward botanicals like orange peel, juniper, and honeysuckle flowers, creates a smooth and complex base that pairs seamlessly with the tart and tangy citrus juices. Ingredients

1 oz. Conniption American Dry Gin
.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Lime Juice
Tonic Water
Rosemary
Star Anise

Garnish

Lemon twist or rosemary

Directions

Add all of your ingredients except tonic water into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously (this will help extract the flavors from the star anise & rosemary).
Strain into a glass with ice.
Top with tonic water and then garnish with a lemon twist or rosemary. Enjoy!
