Conniption Kinship Gin, with its signature indigo hue and floral-forward botanicals like juniper, coriander, and honeysuckle flowers, pairs beautifully with the tart and fragrant notes of yuzu. Korean Gin and Tonic made with Conniption Kinship Gin

Ingredients

1 oz Conniption Kinship Gin
.75 oz Yuzu juice
.5 oz mint simple syrup (or muddled fresh mint)
Tonic water

Garnish

Mint sprig

Directions

Add Kinship Gin, Yuzu juice and mint syrup/muddled mint to a shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain over fresh ice and top with tonic water and your mint sprig.

Recipe Note

Conniption Kinship: Aroma, Tasting and Finish

Nose is fresh lemon and orange with lovely notes of piney-juniper and sweet honeysuckle. On the palate, the upfront notes of juniper, coriander, bitter orange and spiced cardamom lengthen into a mid-palate of floral and citrus from the honeysuckle and cold distilled lemon and orange peel. Cucumber and licorice root add a fresh and slightly sweet finish.
